No candidate for office shall be eligible to serve on this Board. No member shall be eligible for office unless they have been a member of Local Union 3 in continuous good standing for at least two (2) years, immediately prior to nomination. A judge and twelve (12) tellers shall be elected to serve as the Election Board.
