Exhibition Wiring Class for Javits Center Work Opportunities

After a long hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Javits Center is again hosting various expos, conferences, and events. The newly-expanded building has a full schedule through the next few months and into next year, and this provides a work opportunity for our unemployed members to work as extras. We have a responsibility to man these jobs and ensure successful shows and events.

Please make every effort to respond to the Employment Department if you receive a call or text about work opportunities at the Javits Center. In order to work at Javits, you need to take the Exhibition Wiring class. Please call 718-591-4000 ext 803 to place your name on the list for the next available class.
