At the January meeting, it was reported that some contractors at Hudson Yards have begun to scale back their manpower. With 820 people working on the project, we will be keeping a close eye on these developments. We were also happy to see that the next phase of the work at Columbia University has been awarded and work should begin next week on the project. Work has also begun on New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and upgrades to the Verrazano Bridge have begun as well. We are happy to report that one of our contractors was successful in winning the contract to renovate a Target store in Staten Island and we are in the process of negotiating a PLA through the Building Trades for housing by developer Dynamic Star on a project in the Bronx.
