Recently, there was an issue on the Empower website where Annuity account balances were listed with the incorrect amounts. This was unfortunately the result of an outdated file being uploaded between the Joint Board and Empower. As a reminder, the JIB handles the Annuity Plan and Empower only posts the balances for members to see all of their retirement accounts in one place. Regardless, the matter was addressed by the Joint Board immediately and has been corrected.
