The Local 3 Hockey Club had their first scrimmage of the season versus Local 25 on the evening of Wednesday, January 26. About 25 members of Local 3 played in the game, enough for four offensive lines and three defensive lines.
New members are more than welcome to sign up for the Local 3 Hockey Club. If you are interested in playing, please contact Corey Levine at 516-813-5643. The Hockey Club also has their own Instagram and Facebook page regularly updated with news and photos from practices and games.
Coming up on the schedule there will be a team practice on Wednesday, February 2, in Marjorie Post Park, Massapequa, NY, starting at 9:30 p.m., and a scrimmage versus Local 1049 on Monday, February 7 at 9:00 p.m. in the same location.
