On June 13th a manhole fire broke out on 108th Street in Manhattan. Due to the fire, some infrastructure was damaged, leading to a large power outage. Local 3 members rushed to the scene and began work to restore service. After a short period of time, power was restored and the site was declared safe. Local 3 worked 24/7 and it is service like this that often goes unnoticed or recognized. Nice work Local 3 - you truly are New York's Finest Electricians.
