WMA President McSpedon also welcomed all those who came out to participate whishing them luck in the Richie Caron Interboro Softball Tournament. The tournament proceeds throughout the day which at the end, a championship game is played. Many come out to enjoy all the food that is prepared for the entire event. The menu includes hot dogs, sausage and peppers, fresh raviolis, clam chowder, BBQ delights, deep fried turkey, corn on the cob, and of course Joe Mandel’s Cajun Kitchen. This includes many of the delicious things you would enjoy with flavor and spice from New Orleans.
