Today, the bargaining committees of IBEW Local 3 and Wesco reached an Agreement that focuses on getting everyone back to business and minimizing the disruption to the Wesco employees and Local 3 members. We jointly believe everyone’s interests are served by our Agreement. The strike is over, and our employees and members look forward to focusing on doing what we all do best — servicing our customers.
Together, the management and union bargaining committees were able to work through and positively resolve the issues that had led to the strike.
Both sides believe our Agreement protects the interests of the bargaining unit members and continues to provide a framework for business success working together to service our customers. Both sides look forward to the return of everyone to their jobs and getting back to business.
