The rank and file honoree was å_Elevator Division Chairman Kevin Fowler. His award for 41 years of service to the division was presented by Business Representative Robert Olenick. Kevin then thanked his friends, family, and co-workers for his award. Business Manager and former Elevator Division Business Representative Christopher Erikson presented the award to the Local 3 honoree, Assistant Business Manager Lance Van Arsdale, for his 41 years of dedication to Local 3 and 10 years of service to the Elevator Division. Lance then took the mic and expressed his gratitude for his friends, family, Local 3 and his secretary, Xenia Troccia.
Business Manager Erikson returned to the mic to address the attendees on the importance of the upcoming election and to announce that Local 3 will be backing Hillary Clinton for President of the United States in the upcoming election.
