On July 28, 2017, the negotiations for the Stanley Security were completed, and an agreement was reached by both sides. The contract negotiations with Stanley å_Security were led by Business Representative å_Anthony Agnello, and the committeemen Robert å_Maddaloni, Frank Sinnona and Muir Brown. There were multiple sessions over several weeks prior to reaching a new three-year working agreement
On Monday July 31, 2017 technicians from Stanley Security assembled at Local 3 headquarters for the contract vote. The Memorandum of Agreement was presented to the membership by Business Representative Agnello who then fielded questions concerning some of the changes in the new agreement. The vote was then put to the floor and the membership voted unanimously on the new three-year contract (August 1, 2017 ‰ÛÒ July 31, 2020). The contract included improved safety language, increased pension, wage increases and a new classification for banking technicians.
