In case you missed it in the last Rank & File on December 23rd, the ‘A’ Construction Negotiating Committee is currently accepting input from the membership, including comments and proposals, to inform the collective bargaining process. The 2025 Negotiating Committee will be introduced at the General Membership meeting this Thursday, January 9th, in the Electric Industry Center Auditorium, and an Open Mic meeting will be held next Tuesday, January 14th, at 5:00 p.m. in the Auditorium for members in the following divisions only: AJ (001), G (022), MJ A Rate (030), and A-Tel (034). As the contract preparations continue, input from rank-and-file members is critical to shape our Union's proposals as we enter into collective bargaining. Members are encouraged to send in their thoughts, ideas, and proposals for the Negotiating Committee to review. Letters can be sent to:
