Last month, President Thomas J. Cleary and Assistant Business Manager Christopher Erikson Jr. attended the High School for Construction Trades, Engineering and Architecture graduation ceremony held on the great lawn of St. John's University to present the Harry Van Arsdale Jr. Memorial Award for Most Outstanding Construction Student in the graduating class of 2021. This year's recipient was Juan Susano, pictured above with President Cleary, Assistant Business Manager Erikson Jr., and 12th-grade Construction teacher Thomas Drazic.
The Harry Van Arsdale Jr. Memorial Association is proud of the relationship with this local NYC public school, as several of the graduating students will enter the unionized construction industry with a head start on the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful.
