For the last six weeks, the Critical Thinking Seminar has been back in session and will continue through the rest of the 2021 season. With enhanced health and safety measures in place, the staff has ensured the facility is in top shape to host Local 3 members and their families. In order to ensure a safe environment for all participants, proof of vaccination is required for members and spouses.

The Educational & Cultural Trust Fund's Critical Thinking program has been one of the most popular benefits since 1957. A session at the Educational Center in Cutchogue allows Local 3 members to come together, hone our critical thinking skills to apply them both in life and on the job, engage in conversation with other sisters and brothers on pertinent topics, and also spend time together with our families and strengthen the bonds that make our Union strong.
