Collaborative Job Management

On Saturday, January 26, nearly 200 Local 3 shop stewards and superintendents attended a full day seminar on Collaborative Job Management in the electrical construction industry. The program was facilitated by Bill Sims, instructor and developer of the "Green Beans and Ice Cream" seminar and also included skits by the Working Theater, specifically tailored to our industry and some of the challenges we face working together in the field every day.

Ultimately, the ideals of respect, communication, compromise, empathy, and understanding were reinforced as critical to positive working relationships in the Electrical Industry.
