A Message from Business Manager Chris Erikson
We celebrate America’s birthday and pause to continue to be thankful for all that we have in this country. First and foremost, for our freedoms, the rights from day one, inalienable rights to life and liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all Americans. We are blessed to live in such a country. I’m reminded each day how fragile our democracy has become and that we as citizens have the responsibility to participate to protect it against all foes foreign or domestic that would undermine it or try to destroy it altogether.
“One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all” were the words written 227 years ago that have as much meaning today as they did then. We must never let down our guard and never forget those who died protecting the freedoms that we enjoy today. God bless America, and God bless Local 3.
