A blizzard warning and travel advisory are in effect in New York City as of Sunday, February 22nd, as weather forecasts show significant snowfall over the next 24 hours. To prioritize the safety of our staff, members, and visitors, the Joint Industry Board and Local 3, IBEW offices will be closed on Monday, February 23rd.
Anyone who was scheduled to appear before the Executive Board on February 23rd will be rescheduled at a future date.
